Code of Conduct

Welcome to the Green Zebra Summit in Ostend – an international event where respect, inclusivity, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. From main sessions to side events, whether in-person or online, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and accessible experience for everyone.

✅ What we expect from everyone:

Everyone involved in the Green Zebra Summit – attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, partners, vendors, and sponsors – is expected to treat others with respect, regardless of:

• Gender or gender identity/expression

• Sexual orientation

• Race, ethnicity, or nationality

• Age

• Religion or belief

• Physical or mental ability

• Appearance or body type

We also ask that you show respect for the host city, Ostend, and its residents.

🚫 Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Offensive or discriminatory comments

• Harassment, bullying, or deliberate exclusion

• Inappropriate physical contact or any form of intimidation

• Disrupting sessions, presentations, or conversations

• Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behavior

If you violate the Code of Conduct:

Anyone found in violation of this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event without refund at the discretion of the organizers and may be banned from future events.

• At the event info desk, or

• To any clearly identified member of staff

All reports will be handled discreetly and seriously.
